We're looking for FutureQuals Level 3 Emergency Ambulance Crew to join our Ambulance Support team based in South East England. In this role, you will work as part of a team to undertake tasks ranging from the care and transport of patients to full ambulance response in emergency situations.

Reporting to the Ambulance Support Service Delivery Coordinator, your role will be essential in ensuring we can be there when people in crisis need us most.

When crisis strikes, we're first on the scene

Our Ambulance support work is contract driven and based around agreements to provide a range of services from Patient Transport to emergency ambulance support.

Our services are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in England and we apply the same standards to our service delivery across the whole of the UK. Our fleet and equipment is comparable with those deployed by NHS services.

We're a close-knit team united by one goal - to save lives.

This role might be for you if...

  • You're qualified to British Red Cross Ambulance Crew Award level, or you have a recognised equivalent qualification such as IHCD, D1D2 Emergency Response Driving Qualification
  • You have experience working in an emergency ambulance environment
  • You can think outside the box - with the ability to use your initiative, you're able to proactively seek solutions to problems
  • You're able to attend a selection day (15th March 2019) consisting of interview, clinical skills practical check and driving assessment

On successful selection, the British Red Cross induction programme (1 week-paid) will start on 15th of April 2019.

Closing date for applications is (23:59), Sunday 17th February 2019, with interviews to follow.
