Sales Administrator - Bridgwater - GBP22-23k
My client, a growing service company is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator / Sales Support Administrator to work on an initial one year maternity contract. The successful Sales Administrator / Sales Support Administrator will join a small support team whose main focus is to be the liaison point between their team of service engineers and their clients
Main Duties will include:
Providing Sales support for the commercial department and a large team of service engineers including planning and scheduling work and managing subcontractors
Managing effectively remedial recommendations generated by the service engineers, including quotations, distribution, follow ups and reporting
Contacting customers / carrying out account management
Key skills required for this role:
Previously worked in Sales support
Experience of working with field service engineers would be helpful
Customer Service / Account management experience
Good IT / CRM experience
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills including email writing and telephone contact
Ability to act proactively and with limited direct supervision.
As well as a very nice working environment, this role offers free parking and will pay a salary of GBP22-23k. Due to the size of the organisation there may also be other opportunities within the group after the one year contract comes to an end. Please apply with your CV asap
