We have fabulous opportunity for you to join our awesome (and growing) team. The Statutory Sales and Resales team help our customers achieve their home ownership goals. We're based at our Head Office in Newcastle upon Tyne and our London Offices, but we look after all customers across the country! We're growing the team to help us achieve our key objectives, and that's where you come in! Your task will be to meet (and exceed!) our sales income and targets. You'll give our customers (current and potential) a fantastic customer focussed experience, which promotes our home ownership services all the way!

About our team

You'll be working alongside our fabulous team who are super passionate about helping the business achieve its key objective of building (and selling) 10,000 homes! To us were not just a team we're a 'work family'. Our manager Susanna has worked for Home Group for over 7 years now and brings 25 years of experience in sales and marketing. When she's not at work, she enjoys spending time with her (small but perfectly formed) family. There will be 10 of us in the team (when we finish recruiting) and we don't just love to support our customers, we're there for each other too!

About you

You come from a property sales environment, and thrive on using your marketing and sales techniques. You know your resales from your staircasing and statutory sales, and be able to deal with them from start to sales completion! You're a real people person with superb customer service and interpersonal skills.

You're comfortable working with digital marketing media and love to use your excellent IT skills to benefit all. What you don't know now, you will soon pick up with your great ability to learn! Here at Home Group we have invested heavily in our technological infrastructure, so it's really important to us that you're technologically savvy.

To make sure our customers are well supported, it's important that you have worked in a property sales and marketing environment before. Don't worry, we won't drop you in the deep end, we'll help to you understand how things work at Home Group!

You'll be office based for the majority of your time, however our team come together approximately 2 days per month, and you'll be expected to join us and possibly be away overnight.
