We are looking for a motivated, technically competent individual to join the Property and Maintenance team.

You should possess significant experience and understanding of good contract management ensuring delivery to budgets and key performance indicators with appropriate risk and health and safety management.

You will be responsible for the day to day management of the responsive maintenance service, continuous improvement that will achieve York Housing Association's business objectives.

You will be working closely with Maintenance Manager for our planned works service, you will oversee and manage the delivery of an excellent quality and right first time responsive repairs service.
