£37,269 - £41,410 per annum
Full Time, Permanent

B3Living is the largest independent housing association in the Borough of Broxbourne, providing over 4,600 homes across Hertfordshire and Essex.  This is an exciting time to be joining B3Living. Our Board has been reviewing the purpose of our organisation and is currently working to revise and define what we do to make the most impact on the housing crisis locally.

We currently have an opportunity for an Income and Neighbourhood Manager to lead the continuous management and development of B3Living’s rental income, anti-social behaviour, enforcement and support services in order to provide a healthy and attractive home and external environment for our tenants.
As Income and Neighbourhood Manager, you will take responsibility for a rental income of approximately £30m ensuring all legal remedies are used to maximise income for the organisation as well as overseeing the development of community plans and working proactively with partner organisations to improve our estates and the lives of our residents.

In addition to this, you will undertake quality assurance checks across the team, lead the review, development and implementation of income and neighbourhood policies and procedures, and ensure that resident enquiries and complaints are responded to.
We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated individual with a track record of developing and delivering excellent services to customers with a strong continuous improvement focus. You will have experience in tenancy management and enforcement, working within an income recovery service, successfully reducing rent arrears and implementing tenancy changes. You will also have extensive knowledge of the complexity of neighbourhoods and relevant legislation. You will have strong people management, communication and problem solving skills along with experience of working in the housing sector.

B3Living offers a wide range of flexible benefits that support a commitment to work/life balance; family-friendly policies; and wellbeing. There is also a strong commitment to personal development including training, conferences and coaching.

All our vacancies are open to flexible working arrangements.  We offer a competitive benefits package including generous leave entitlements and a personal pension scheme. We believe in the benefits of a diverse workforce and strongly welcome applications from those currently under-represented in the organisation, including LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender) people, people with disabilities and people from black, Asian and minority ethnic background.

Closing date: 28th February 2019.
