The Food and Drink Federation (FDF) - the voice of the UK food and drink industry: the largest manufacturing sector in the country, are currently looking for someone who can join their team as Corporate Services Support.  This position is based on a Full Time, 12-month fixed term contract and a salary of up to £25k per annum plus benefits is on offer to the right candidate.

The Role

The person we are looking for needs to be flexible with a ‘can-do-attitude’ who is willing to get involved across the Corporate Services team including IT, digital, management services and finance. The role will support the implementation of FDF’s ambitious Digital Transformation Project, mainly from an IT perspective, as well as being flexible in supporting the wider Corporate Services team to enable implementation of the Project.

This role is a great opportunity for someone with an interest in software and technology and who has a willingness to learn. As you'll be in contact with our internal staff and visitors to our office, it's really important that you're an excellent listener and communicator and have good numerical, IT organization and administration skills.

The Team

Corporate Services support all internal customers (our staff) within FDF. We are a central service, providing support to our colleagues on our specialist remits and are approachable, on-hand and on-site to provide the best service we possibly can, to help our staff work efficiently and effectively.


To be considered for this role you will need to be flexible, with good communication skills and the ability to work on your own as well as part of a small team. You will have:
  • Previous IT support experience on 1st-2nd line tasks
  • Familiarity with Office 365, Windows 7/ 10
  • Experience in a desktop support environment within a small IT team
  • Apple Mac and audio / visual experience with filming and video editing
  • Good team working skills and the ability to support users
  • Understanding of HTML
  • Good analytical and numerical skills
  • Desirable: Experience with IT Support and administration of Citrix
  • Desirable: Crystal reports
