The Role 

As the Service Delivery Manager, you’ll ensure that both new and existing clients receive a professional, high quality service. 

In this multi-department role, you’ll act as a central point of contact for service delivery issues, including major incidents and service impacting issues, and work with colleagues and clients to resolve problems as swiftly as possible. 

Your duties will involve: 

- Providing regular updates to colleagues and clients during major incidents 
- Producing client-facing incident reports 
- Supporting the delivery of service improvement plans 
- Taking the lead role in all client service review meetings 

About You 

To join us as our Service Delivery Manager, you’ll need: 

- Experience in a similar client-facing role 
- An understanding of the importance of, and how to deliver, great customer service 
- To be a passionate communicator who can alter your message to suit different audiences 
- A great eye for detail 
- The ability to work proactively and to tight deadlines
