Hays Senior Accountancy and Finance are representing a family run business who are seeking to recruit a Management Accountant on a Fixed Term basis to fill a vacant job post. This role would be an excellent opportunity for a qualified/qualified by experience accountant looking to take their first step into industry.

Your new role
This role will include, but will not be limited to, preparing monthly reporting packs and assisting in budgeting and variance analysis. This will include submission of quarterly budgets and partnering with the cost centre to discuss variances and prepare future plans. Furthermore, you will also assist in internal audits and general ledger management.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will need to hold a recognised professional accountancy qualification and have previous experience working in a similar environment. Additionally, it would be beneficial to have good problem solving skills and the ability to work off your own initiative.
