We are currently seeking a Handyperson to provide a comprehensive mobile caretaking service for Rooftop properties. Within this role, you will carry out cyclical health and safety checks to communal areas within Rooftop properties, liaise with external contractors, carry out minor maintenance tasks and set and reset communal time clocks.

Further to this, you will undertake regular tests on the fire safety equipment located within Rooftop properties such as emergency lighting, smoke detectors and fire alarms and keep records up to date to include reporting any fault identified.

We are looking for an individual who has an understanding of Health and Safety
requirements and has work experience in a similar role. You will need to carry out minor maintenance tasks as required and accurately complete inspection forms. Ideally, you will have previous experience of carrying out compliance testing and associated tasks. Full and current driving licence and use of car insured for business purposes are required.

Call out and payment for out of hours emergencies or contractor maintenance, on occasions.
You will receive 23 days annual leave per annum plus 1 day added for each full holiday year completed up to 5 days.
