A vacancy has arisen for a Purchase Ledger Assistant,  based at Barway.

Key responsibilities include:

• Timely and accurate input of supplier invoices to the purchase ledger system

• Matching of supplier invoices to purchase orders and reporting on relevant KPIs

• Verification of supplier statements to ensure information held on the ledger is accurate

• Processing payments to suppliers ensuring that all are properly authorised and paid within agreed credit terms

The ideal candidate:

• A team player – flexible, proactive and happy to undertake tasks in all areas to meet the needs of the department

• Excellent organisational skills

• Ability to work accurately and adhere to tight deadlines

• Thrives in a fast paced, busy environment

Hours of work: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday
