Savills Cornwall are recruiting a Residential Property Manager, with excellent residential property management, communication and administrative skills, to cover from our Truro Office, let portfolios predominately in East Cornwall.
Job includes:
- Main point of contact for all residential tenancy matters
- Undertaking periodic residential property inspections, including meeting existing and prospective tenants
- Liaising with landlords and Savills’ surveyors, as required
- Preparing repair/compliance programmes
- Instructing contractors
- Overseeing lettings
- Managing rent schedules
- Having regard to budgets
- Preparing and updating property risk assessments
Salary: Circa £25K
