We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Skills Coach with Literacy and Numeracy to at least Level 2 coupled with a relevant Level 3 or above qualification in Dental Nurse or equivalent occupational area. You must have an Assessor qualification TAQA A1, and will ideally hold a teaching qualification PTLLS/PGCE/Certificate in Education (or will achieve this within 6 months).

Within the role you will be working with a caseload of learners at different stages of the qualification. Recruiting, inducting, training, reviewing, assessing, monitoring and tracking learners, you will contribute to the marketing, development, delivery, assessment and evaluation of Apprenticeship programmes to meet market needs.

Delivering Apprenticeship standards, you will also be responsible for coaching learners to achieve skills, behaviours and knowledge to pass their Apprenticeship to a distinction level wherever possible..

As the successful candidate, you will have substantial experience in Dental Nursing, or equivalent, coupled with recent and relevant experience of assessing in the workplace.
