Property Manager wanted to join a successful independent letting agency in Eastbourne.
Previous experience considered essential for this challenging and responsible position as Property Manager. We need to know you have done this work before and enjoy it!
The role will involve: organising routine and emergency repairs, inspecting and reporting on property condition, monitoring safety compliance and delivering the highest standards of service to landlords and clients.
A full driving licence is essential for use of a pool car as Property Manager. Hours are Mon-Fri 9.00am - 5.30pm and every Saturday 9am - 1pm with 1 day off for every 2 Saturdays worked.
Property Manager Salary : GBP18,000-GBP22,000pa
