Business Sales Advisor - Glasgow

What you'll be doing

You'll be joining a new team in our thriving Glasgow office, talking to customers, exploring new sales opportunities and keeping them connected to our products and services. You'll be a people person, using your knack for sales to get new customers to sign up and encourage existing ones to stay with us. You'll also cross-sell our BT and EE services - that means Broadband, Mobile and Cloud Phone, to name a few. So a good understanding and genuine passion for our products definitely helps. This is a vital role in our Outbound calling campaign, speaking to small and medium-sized companies (SMEs) and being the voice to our business. We couldn't do it without you.

Engaging and delighting customers will come naturally to you, so you can provide an effortlessly first-class service to our customers, every time. You'll embody our values, share your learnings and also contribute to the wider performance of your team. You'll have an eye for detail which makes entering data and customer details into databases a breeze.

To be the best, you'll:

  • Have a proven track record working in a sales environment (face to face or over the phone)
  • Be experienced using a PC, including Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook (email)
  • Be highly self-motivated, ambitious and focused on delivering great customer service
  • Be flexible with the ability to self-manage
  • Have an excellent telephone manner
