Back in 1990, Glasgow was awarded the European City of Culture but also it was when our Scotland office opened its doors for the first time. Nearly 30 years on, the city has grown in culture and diversity and so has our warm and friendly Glasgow office.

We have a strong team of over 700 staff that are dedicated and passionate in supporting our customers through challenging and distressing moments, but they also support each other as a team. The office draws from the diversity of the city and has a true community feel.

On site we have some great facilities from breakout areas, free tea and coffee machines where you can grab a quick brew, to a site restaurant that makes up some awesome meals. Plus, we are right in the heart of the city which is perfect for shopping and everything that makes Glasgow exciting, diverse and entertaining.

The role

Salary between £18,530 - £23,356 (includes 9% pension contribution)

Plus, if you work in one of our Rescue claims roles you can also earn a shift allowance between £950 - £2,700p.a.
