Join our amazing Customer Advisor teams in Bristol!

Our Bristol office is brand new, bright, colourful, modern and vibrant!

It doesn’t feel like a typical office space and we know you’ll be in awe when you walk through the door!

Known as ‘The Core’, the office is in the best location if you travel into the city but It’s also close enough to everything that makes Bristol exciting, diverse and entertaining. 

On site we have some great facilities from staff kitchens where you can make a quick brew. A site restaurant that makes up an awesome Katsu curry, breakout areas for working and more importantly relaxing in, as well as free use of our games room and showers across the site.

Sounds good, right?

It’s fair to say we are proud of this office and the atmosphere The Core offers.

Meet our Bristol team

Jamie has worked part of our Bristol team for the last 4 years, he shares some of the  things that makes Direct Line Group and his role different to other jobs.

DLG are always willing to listen, we are not just a number here, we’re individual’s and we can truly make a difference for our customers.

Couple of years ago we set up ‘Ideas Lab’, where we can contribute to business success and help make insurance much easier for our customers. I’ve seen some of my colleagues simplest of ideas be implemented and in return they have been rewarded with a cheque!
