We have a great opportunity for Commercial Property Fee Earners to join our client who are growing within the region. Ideally candidates will be based no further than 1 hour from a Gloucestershire or Worcestershire postcode due to the location of their office. We are looking for a motivated candidate to join their busy team on full time, permanent basis but for the right candidate our client will consider 4 days per week. We are looking for candidates with Commercial Property or Business Services experience.
Your key role will include:
• Working on a varied caseload including commercial property conveyancing, commercial leases (both landlord and tenant), commercial and residential development, option, promotion and overage agreements, agricultural land, auction sales, business sales
• Communicating with clients, both by telephone and face to face
• Drafting and negotiating documents
• Use of case management and digital dictation systems
• Business development and marketing
• Ability to manage your own workload as well as working as part of a team
• Occasional travel to the other offices to see clients or attend meetings
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic team player with excellent communication skills as well as efficient IT skills. It is important that you are organised and have a client focused approach. In order to be successful, previous experience in Commercial Property is essential.
Benefits of this role include 33 days of holiday per year as well as a salary of GBP50,000.
