Due to continued success, we are now looking to recruit a Sales / Lettings Negotiator to work as part of an established team in our client's busy York office.
Overall responsibilities:
To quickly and efficiently match Tenants / Buyers to Properties in order to minimise voids whilst ensuring only suitable and good quality Tenants apply. To provide excellent customer service in order to help the business maximise sales and profit. Undertake viewings - give feedback to all Vendors/ Landlords. General front of office duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Tenant enquiries, viewings, ensuring properties are advertised to the highest standard, Rightmove reports, property inspections.

•Working in both the Sales and Lettings Departments of this busy Agency.
•Registering tenant and purchaser details and matching them to available properties.
•Booking property valuations.
•Carrying out accompanied viewings.
•Negotiating rent terms and liaising between tenants and landlords.
•Negotiating property sales and liaising between purchasers and vendors.
•Progressing Sales through to completion.

The Person

Ideally you will already be an experienced Estate Agent, with a strong knowledge of the industry, a clear passion for property and a good knowledge of the local area. You must have:

•A minimum of 12 months Estate Agency experience.
•Strong negotiation skills.
•A good understanding of the local market.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
•A keen eye for detail.
•Able to work to targets.
•A full UK driving license and your own car.

The Reward

•GBP17,000pa to GBP18,000pa depending on experience
