This is a fantastic opportunity to join our client’s Membership team during a period of exciting growth and change. This role is important as you will be providing a proactive membership service through improved engagement with current and prospective members.
The main purpose of the role is to maintain and develop effective systems and procedures to ensure the efficient administration of the CRM and College membership data. In addition to, working with the Finance team to ensure a timely and accurate collection of College and Faculties’ subscription income.
They are looking for a team player with a friendly approach and can do attitude. The Membership team are proactive, professional, calm and hardworking. The ideal candidate will be a confident team player that has knowledge of how to administer data with proven experience of using CRM systems. You will have come from a membership or customer service background.
Proven administrative and communication skills (written and verbal) are essential, as well as strong experience of using Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Outlook and Excel.
Due to the nature of the CRM data, an understanding of data protection laws and/or a willingness to learn is important.
