New opportunity not to be missed! Breezemount, a leading provider in the home delivery sector, are recruiting for a General Manager to join our growing team based in Castle Donington. In return, we are offering a competitive salary of OTE GBP50,000 per annum plus excellent benefits.
Breezemount are leading providers of 2 man home delivery services across the UK and Ireland, delivering home furnishing products on behalf of major retailers and making over one million deliveries per year. We are an ambitious company with big plans for growth. Our aim is to achieve this by "getting it right first time, every time".
What will you be doing as our General Manager?
Within this key position, you will be responsible for achieving targeted key performance indicators in line with our business objectives. This will be achieved by managing resources, people and costs effectively whilst analysing the current processes and procedures and pushing for continuous improvements.

What makes you our perfect General Manager?
- Experience within a fast paced depot operations environment
- Experience within transport or similar industry, therefore having a CPC qualification will be essential
- Strong leadership and analytical skills
- The ability to make quick and effective decisions to drive through improvements
- A good level of IT literacy and HR knowledge
The hours:
The usual working pattern for this role is 40hrs per week over a shift pattern from Sunday - Saturday including bank holidays, so flexibility is a key requirement.
