Lettings/ Senior Lettings Negotiator - Birmingham

An opportunity has arisen for a Lettings / Senior Lettings Negotiator within our clients well established Lettings Agency in Birmingham.

The position will require a driven and organised individual with industry experience with key tasks included but not limited to:

• Registering applicants
• Organise and attend viewings
• Liaise and negotiate between tenants and landlords
• Arrange and agree lets
• Build and maintain excellent working relationships with tenants and landlords
• Canvass for new business opportunities
• Achieve pre-agreed targets

To be considered for the role our clients are seeking someone with a strong track record who is self-motivated with excellent communication skills

Own car and driving licence essential. Our clients do offer a car parking space.

Working pattern of 8.45am to 5.30pm Mon to Fri with alternate Saturdays 9.30am to 4.30am

Salary: GBP16,000 - GBP19,000 Basic, GBP23,000 - GBP26,000 OTE
