Business Analyst / Project Manager (Business Transformation)
Norwich, Norfolk
Up to £37,000 per annum (depending on skills)

Saffron is a dynamic and successful housing association that finds and implements innovative solutions and aims to provide the optimum level of service to our customers. We operate in four counties within the Eastern Region, manage assets of £210m and deliver housing services to residents of over 6,000 homes.

We now have an opportunity for a Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our Business Transformation department in Long Stratton.

This is a pivotal role at a very exciting time for Saffron as it embarks on its 3 year Transformation programme – ‘a positive future’. You will be responsible for providing analysis and insight as part of the Change and Transformation strategy as well as translating the needs of the business to enable successful business change. Using LEAN techniques, you will measure situations across different areas of the business, analyse their root causes and successfully implement solutions. Using your project management skills, you will manage a diverse portfolio of customer services delivery projects and take on end to end process redesign.

With well-developed change management skills, the successful candidate will have an understanding of LEAN techniques or similar process review techniques along with a Project Management qualification such as PRINCE2.

It is essential that you are a strong negotiator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and you will have the ability to support a culture which inspires customer service excellence. With strong project management experience, you will be highly organised with the ability to plan and set up systems to monitor multiple tasks and projects. A good grasp of the challenges facing the Social Housing sector is also required.

Closing date: Monday 18th February 2019.
Interviews to take place during week commencing 25th February 2019.
