Spa Attendant (Male) Ascot, Luxury Venue GBP16470k per annum
Juice Hospitality are recruiting for a Spa Attendant for a luxury Spa located in Ascot, Berkshire. This full time, permanent position (40 hours per week) would suit a candidate who enjoys working in a busy, fast paced environment. As Spa Attendant you will be responsible for making sure all areas of the Spa and treatment rooms are prepared to five star standards.
The role will involve the following duties and responsibilities.
Prepare Spa for opening and closing, replenishment and preparation of lockers, distribution of deliveries, amenities, guest supplies, etc.
Walk the Spa; constantly check all areas, cleaning, tidying and improving presentation wherever necessary e.g. rinse out showers, dry floors, vacuum, clean toilets, handbasins and vanity units
Collect and distribute guest amenities, spa supplies, etc.
Cleaning and chemical testing of the swimming pool, keep accurate records, liaise with Spa Managers/Duty Engineer regarding results
Ensure gym/gym equipment is clean, tidy and guest amenities are in place
Prepare pool loungers for guests, tidy and prepare sun terrace for guests.
Ensure sun terrace and around surrounding Spa is litter free.
If required, assist guests with use of gym equipment.
If required, assist Therapists with treatment room turnaround between treatments.
If required assist restaurant service staff.
Be fully aware of the departmental standards and carry out all duties to the specified standard.
Respond immediately to all guest requests.
To take instruction from Spa Receptionists to meet the needs of the guests and ensure the smooth operation of the Spa at all times.
To be well groomed and well presented at all times
