In line with our vision to become the world's leading Life Science recruitment consultancy, we are looking for a strategically minded sales leader to help us execute our long-term business plan, which includes successfully developing our already lucrative USA market from here in the UK.
The pharmaceutical industry is a niche that we are established in, and is a dynamic sector which is consistently growing, so it is important that this individual brings drive and ambition as well as a business mindset.
This key appointment is unique to our business, as the successful candidate will work with our board of directors on implementing strategies on not just client development, but also long-term expansion plans across the west coast of the USA.
This role will offer you the opportunity to not just have international exposure through our clients and candidates but also become a shareholder in our business.
With 37 employees enrolled on to our scheme globally, we need an individual who is going to become a part of our 5-year plan and in turn contribute to our profit share exponentially.
Mindset, solution, and ambition are 3 of the main components that this individual should have. If you know you will add value to our already established leadership team and eventually want to progress to the board, get in contact immediately.
