Do you like a fast paced, work hard, play hard atmosphere? Would you be interested in joining an independent Estate Agency in North West London who are looking at taking on a trainee Sales Negotiator?
As a Trainee Negotiator you will learn all there is to know Property and sales technique wise and in return they ask that you are passionate about success, have great energy, enthusiasm, and a 'can do' attitude.
This role will suit someone that is very money motivated an possesses excellent customer service skills as well as the ability to work in a high pressure & target driven environment.
A Sales background is a huge bonus but not essential, the hire will be made on personality alone!
You can expect to earn GBP25,000 in your first year, rising easily to GBP35,000 upwards with promotion and an uncapped commission and bonus structure in the following years.
