Our client is one of the largest not-for-profit education and training groups in the UK. With seven colleges and two national training providers, they help to connect learner and employers on their journey to success.


Our client’s Academy is purpose built to serve the Construction and Building Services sectors and is located in the heart of Newcastle and they are currently seeking a dynamic, motivated and dedicated Programme Leader for their Electrical Installation courses to inspire the next generation of Engineers.


The main aspect of this position is to deliver high-quality teaching and learning, advising learners and guiding them to identify and achieve their learning aims. You will effectively manage a series of courses ensuring high levels of learner satisfaction, retention and achievement.


The successful candidate must be qualified to level 3 NVQ in an electrical installation discipline or equivalent. You will have extensive industrial experience and teaching as well as exemplary communication skills both verbally and written. You will have the skills, knowledge and experience to deliver theory based classes to motivate and engage learners to achieve above national average results.
