Passionate about great places to live, GreenSquare is a housing association group with charitable status which develops a range of new homes – for rent, shared ownership, and sale – and provides housing management, care and support, and commercial property services.

This role is within the group-wide Communications team, providing expertise in designing and producing publications and publicity materials for print and digital, including for websites and social media channels.

Only those with extensive hands-on experience and demonstrable high-level proficiency using professional design and web software – along with a keen eye for detail – need apply.

In this role you will develop creative and engaging designs from concept to delivery in line with agreed brand guidelines, working with, and advising, our internal customers as required.

As well as managing the content on our portfolio of websites, you will be responsible for the design, production and creative development of a diverse range of materials required across the group; these include customer magazines and newsletters, sales brochures, posters and information leaflets, site signage and more.

An ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines, while maintaining accuracy, is essential.

The role is based at GreenSquares head office in Chippenham and is envisaged as full-time, 37 hours per week, although there may be option to negotiate different working hours for an exceptional candidate.
