Bus Shunter - Oxford Bus Garge - OX4 6GA

Our client is looking for Bus Shunters for long term work in the Oxford Bus Depot, Cowley House, Watlington Road, Cowley, Oxford, Oxfordshire, OX4 6GA.

This is an on-going contract that could turn into a temp to perm position for the right person.

Full Clean Driving Licence required with training available. Experience of driving larger vehicles an advantage.

Start date is immediate, subject to a Drivers Assessment & or training.

You will be responsible for shunting and driving the bus in and around the depot for it to be washed, cleaned and refuelled, then parking them up ready for the drivers on the early shift.

This is a driving role, however during down time (non-busy periods) you will be asked to assist in the refuelling and cleaning the wheels.

Shift pattern - Rotating 7 days a week: 6pm - 2am.

The garage is manned 7 days a week and you will be expected to work 5 out of 7 shifts.

Pay is GBP10.50 per hour.
