Atlas Employment are delighted to be working alongside a new client within the Bicester, Oxfordshire area. They are currently searching for a skilled gardener who are looking to join an expanding team.
What will I be doing as a Skilled Gardener?
Working as part of a team of 2 ensuring high end garden care
Managing exceptional gardens in the surrounding areas
Implementing planting schemes alongside the landscaping team
Creating design projects and landscaping plans
Working on commissioned projects
Delivering garden appraisals
Providing advice to clients when required
Maintaining a consistently high standard of work

A working level of horticultural knowledge
The ability to work well within a team
Strong communication skills
