Culina Group a well established leader in the logistics market is recruiting for a LGV Class 2 Driver on a permanent basis at Hoddesdon depot.
The role holder will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- National Deliveries and collections.
- Completion of daily vehicle checks.
- Reporting problems regarding delivery arrival times or delays or discrepancies with the load to customer services.
- Ensuring all proof of deliveries are signed and returned to the Transport Office after delivery.
Competence Requirements:
- To hold the appropriate licence.
- Attention to detail and accuracy at all times.
- Ability to work without direct supervision.
- Methodical approach to work/ training.
- Conscientious and reliable.
- Excellent communication skills in order to deliver accurate information.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
- Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines.
- Able to work as part of a team or individually.
- Have knowledge of Road Transport Directive and current drivers' hours.
- Be professional, approachable and helpful to ensure smooth running of the general operation.
Shift: Days (Any 5 in 7) - Start time from 05:00
