Due to continued expansion, Quattro Healthcare are seeking a driven, energetic and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join and support the development of our Healthcare sector in Peterborough.
As a Senior Consultant your responsibilities will include:
• Developing existing client relationships through regular meetings and networking
• Identifying and establishing new client relationships
• Ensuring consultants are sourcing the best candidates by maintaining the database and advertising according to the Quattro Healthcare training and guidelines
• Working with senior staff to help manage and guide teams.
To be suitable for this role as Senior Recruitment Consultant you must:
• Have at least two years' experience in recruitment
• Ideally have a Healthcare recruitment background
• Have excellent communications skills
• Ability to lead and manage a team
