User Research Officer Temporary for 52 weeks

East Renfrewshire Council is looking for a talented User Research Officer to play a key role in development of the highest quality digital services for our customers.

Our digital journey is already well underway with more and more of our customers using our website, online customer service and social media channels to engage with us.

You will be a user research expert and will focus on ensuring that our digital platforms meet the needs of our customers by using different research techniques to generate findings to shape the development of our digital services.
