My client is looking for a Bench hand to support the manufacture of precision components for the aerospace industry. The ideal candidate will have strong hands on experience working to tight tolerances as well as having knowledge and use in quality measuring tools.

Job Description
* Assembly of precision machined components
* Ability to use a variety of assembly tools including torque wrenches, pliers and air tools
* Reading and interpreting Aerospace/Engineering drawings
* Performing manual and visual inspection techniques (Verniers, Callipers, Micrometers)
Essential Skills/Experience/Qualifications required:
* Previous precision manufacturing experience (aerospace experience would be advantageous)
* Previous experience in precision assembly.
* Good Communication Skills
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* NVQ level 2 or equivalent/higher is required.
Desirable Skills/Experience/Qualifications required:
* NVQ or similar qualification would be advantageous
