They have an opportunity for an IT professional to provide Programme and Project leadership to deliver complex technical initiatives across the Group. You will be responsible for planning, documenting and running programmes and projects to the defined delivery framework, on time and within budget. You will manage technical projects from concept to completion and feed in to the overall IT portfolio, ensuring that appropriate resources (people, tools, services) and processes are in place to execute IT projects and changes. You will confidently liaise with senior stakeholder management and will be able to challenge the status quo effectively, influencing others to understand your viewpoint. You will produce and maintain accurate project reports, ensuring that all documentation is kept up to date and of a high standard. You will take a strategic approach to identify and anticipate technical requirements to continually meet the current and future business needs.

With practical experience and a successful track records of delivering technical Programmes and complex projects, you will be PRINCE2 certified (Foundation as a minimum). You will have a good understanding of business drivers and strategies and will be accustomed to translating them into business plans. You will have good technical knowledge of the following:

  • Active Directory, SCCM, Office 365
  • VMWare and other virtualisation technologies
  • IP telephony including Gamma Horizon
  • Networking including TCP/IP, DNS, VPN’s, SIP trunks
  • Cisco switches and video conferencing
  • Good IT infrastructure understanding and knowledge of
  • Datacentres
  • Mimecast (desirable)
  • ITIL


With excellent verbal and written communication skills, you will be able to explain technical concepts and technologies to senior leaders, and business concepts to the relevant resource.
