Site Manager, Aeron Coast, Caravan Park, Aberaeron

Competitive salary plus bonus and accommodation

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for Site Manager at a thriving 5* caravan park near the picturesque town of Aberaeron.

A family business for over 55 years, Aeron Coast has 200 static units which are owner occupied and not for rental with a further 100 touring plots. There are wide ranging facilities, an entertainments suite, clubhouse and eatery. Aeron Coast has a unique reputation as a traditional family park with a focus on high standards - a genuine home-from-home.

The Site Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of park and office operations in an efficient way, compliant with policies and regulations. The position would ideally suit someone with relevant experience in the industry but we are prepared to consider candidates with hands-on practical and managerial skills. Most importantly candidates must have the enthusiasm and character to lead a team dedicated to creating holiday memories. Couples are welcome to apply as there is potential scope for a partner to be fully employed within the business. The position is offered with a 4 bedroom on-site bungalow
