Position: General Manager
Location: Bristol
Salary: GBP35,000 - GBP40,000 (dependent on experience and location)
My client is looking for an experienced and passionate hard working GM to join their team of latenight bars and clubs.
They have venue all over the country and are looking for a GM to manage their one of their Bristol venues with room to progress.

Job requirements:
A minimum of 3 years experience as a GM from a hospitality background
Required to do 45hrs plus if needed
Full understanding of P&L , stock take and budgeting, Analysing the P&L and reducing costs where possible.
Managed a team of 20 people plus and leading by example.
Recruit and train/develop your team, ensuring staff are trained to upsell to guests and are fitting with the venue
