Childcare Solicitor (Family)
Our client is seeking an outstanding Childcare solicitor to join their rapidly expanding firm in Blackburn.
This is the ideal role for a NQ-5 PQE to further their career development
The firm has a number of offices across central Lancashire and have been a staple of the community for decades providing sound legal advice across a range of practice areas. This full service law firm has acted for numerous generations of clients and have set plans on further expansion.

The ideal candidate:
* Adept in all matters Childcare which includes Child Welfare, Domestic Abuse, Private Children Law
* The right candidate will have in-depth knowledge and experience dealing with Children Act 1989 and Adoption and Children Act 2002
* The candidate must demonstrate strong client care skills after all the role will entail making a real difference to some of the most vulnerable members of society and as such they must be compassionate, approachable and ultimately allow the client to feel at ease during a understandably difficult time
* They must also have dealt with both public and private as the workload will consist of a 60/40 split between the two although this may change as more public work presents itself
