Building Surveyor
Location- Northampton
Salary- Negotiable dependant on experience
Our client is an expert commercial property consultant with its history dating back over 200 years in the industry. Our client operates out of over 30 offices across the UK and track thousands of properties across the country. They are always looking to expand their portfolio of work and as a result are on the lookout for an experienced Building Surveyor to join their Northampton office and offer their knowledge to their well-established team. The suitable individual will be someone with the drive and passion to succeed in a new environment, as well as someone with sufficient expertise in their field to help liaise with a project's inception right the way to its completion.
The Role of Building Surveyor
Main Duties include:
* Conducting dilapidations and party wall matters
* Undertaking new builds and refurbishments
* Provide professional reports to clients
* Demonstrate an understanding of client requirements
Experience required
* MRICS/RICS Chartered or relevant Building qualification
* Knowledge of commercial and residential sector ideal but not essential
* Good verbal and written communication skills
