JOB TITLE: Weekend Live-In Residential Retirement Scheme Manager
LOCATION: Crowborough, East Sussex
SALARY: Basic GBP13K - GBP15K per Annum PRO RATA + Accommodation (1 Bedroom Flat) = cGBP23K - GBP25K Package PRO RATA
HOURS: Permanent - Part Time - Weekends - Sat & Sun 9am-5pm and Mon 9am-1pm
Part Time Manager / Warden required for independent, privately owned, sheltered housing scheme based in Crowborough, East Sussex.
The successful applicant will be required to facilitate the provision of administrative support for the management of the property and a safe and secure environment for all residents.
Working as part of a team with the managing agents, to provide a professional housing management support service which recognises the individuality and independence of residents. This will often involve assisting residents with their individual needs as and when required and at all times working to achieve harmony within the community of the scheme, ensuring buildings are clean and secure, reporting faults.
Experience of housing management, basic facilities administration, maintaining accurate records, dealing with statutory organisations and experience of supporting people are all essential skills required from the successful applicant.
This role will suit someone who is calm, sensitive and approachable; you'll be capable of communicating with people from all backgrounds. Your helpful, sympathetic personality will be matched by your strong organisational skills and ability to work under your own initiative.
