We are looking for a multi trade handy man who can carry out repairs and maintenance jobs at our properties in Kent.
As our office is in Rochester we need a handy man who can work in Kent/South-East area.
Your responsibilities will include
- Fixing and cleaning properties to enable to tenants to move in
- General DIY
- Basic Plumbing
- Decorating
Requirements:
- You should have a minimum of 1 year experience
- Have basic DIY skills and the ability fix and decorate properties
- Be flexible and adaptable with hours, these hours will vary.
