Salary- GBP21,077
Hours- 35 per week (+5 hours paid lunch)
Location- Middlesbrough
Our Nacro SWITCH project provides comprehensive packages of support to vulnerable women aged 16 and older who face a range of health, social, financial, educational or housing needs, to enable them to regain positive control of their lives.
Who we are looking for?
We are in search of an inspirational Mentoring Coordinator who can engage with actual and potential referral agencies including statutory and third sector agencies and where appropriate the community in order to generate referrals for our Nacro SWITCH clients. This role will cover Middlesbrough, Redcar, Cleveland and Stockton.
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Design and deliver an effective programme, learning or support plan with the service user using specialist agencies as applicable
-Identify and maintain focus on achievement of the desired outcome for the service user from the service being delivered.
-Maintain contact on a regular basis with service users in accordance with the requirements of the service. This includes maintaining a professional relationship and being a good role model to service users.
-Work with colleagues and coordinate activity across the team and with other stakeholders, including attending meetings, to ensure the service is achieving its aims.
