Location: Hanley
Salary: GBP21,000 basic + Bonuses + OTE GBP25,000 Uncapped + Car Allowance
Hours: 9.00 - 5.30 week days ?? lunch working 5.5 days per week i.e. every other Saturday 9.00 - 4.00 ?? hour lunch
Our client, an estate agency based in Hanley, currently has the requirement for a Sales Valuer to join their existing team
Responsibilities:
* Provide a high level of customer service
* Value property efficiently
* Work all procedures and systems effectively and work within all legislative and compliance standards
* Win valuations, listings, mortgage appointments, home conveyancing and survey instructions
* Take responsibility for the marketing of every property listed through effective vendor management
* Support other team members
Skills Required:
* Confident attitude and approach to work
* Well presented
* Have experience in a target driven sales environment
* Enthusiastic and positive approach/ desire to be the best
* Previous listings experience is essential
Current driving licence and own transport essential/ Previous experience working within estate agency is essential
