We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic Delivery Consultant to join one of our very successful recruitment teams that specialise in recruiting the best talent in the Manufacturing sector. Based at our modern, purpose-built offices in Trafford Park (close to Media City and the Trafford Centre) we are close to transport links, offer free parking and on-site gym.
We're looking for someone who has worked in a fast-paced, customer-focused recruitment environment, and has excellent communication skills (particularly telephone manner), the ability to work as an integral member of a team, and the desire to take initiative and go the extra mile to deliver for our clients. Strong organisational, administration and time-management skills are essential for success in this role.
Working in a busy team, this role is responsible for facilitating the matching process of candidates to client requirements, placing candidates into contract roles using a variety of means, including placing engaging advertisements, searching job boards, and pro-actively managing our highly-subscribed internal database. You will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to your candidates, managing their queries, ensuring they are kept informed of progress of applications, as well as telephone screening and interviewing them in line with company standards.
This is purely a delivery role, with absolutely no client cold calling involved. Working with several of our established clients to fill a diverse range of roles, no two days will be the same, and you'll be given support every step of the way by an experienced and friendly team.

* You must experience of client delivery within permanent or contract recruitment space as either Resourcing Consultant or Recruitment Consultant or Delivery Consultant (minimum 6 months). We are open to all sector backgrounds if you are looking for a change of scenery.
