Why wouldn’t you want to join the Yarlington team?
We are currently seeking an Asset Manager to join our team based in Yeovil to support the delivery of the asset management strategy. Working alongside our Asset and Commercial services team, you will; ensure the delivery of our fuel poverty plan, support the review and development of fuel strategies and support the strategic review of our Asset Base.
Further to this, you will lead on the development of a strategy for enhancing data intelligence relevant to our asset base, including utilisation of technology and customer intelligence.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with an innovative approach who has the ability to work productively to ensure strategic delivery. You will have an understanding and/or experience of working in either asset management or property management functions.
