They are searching for a Head Housekeeper for to work across multiple sites in London. Delivering exceptional standards of cleanliness by managing a team of 14, you will control stock, place orders whilst also being responsible for reporting and monitoring maintenance issues and maintaining good health and safety practices.
The role will have a strong emphasis on delivering our Client’s Brand Standards at 'gold' level, driving cost efficiencies through improved productivity, continuously looking for smart ways of working and maintaining high standards in order to deliver 90% satisfaction on our guest review scores as a minimum.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Housekeeper at supervisory or managerial level, will be well organised and will have a meticulous attention to detail. A focus on delivering good customer service is also important.
