We have a driven Cruise Sales Executive opportunity for a long established and dynamic tour operator due to success and expansion. This role is ideal for a travel sales professional from a tour operator or retail background seeking something a little but different in which career progression is on offer. This well known tour operator offer luxury European and Worldwide cruises to the discerning clientele including tailormade travel and groups. Our client establishes a superior customer service experience, promoting customer retention and maintaining their 'can do' ethos within the company.
The exciting Cruise Travel Sales Executive role entails a wide range of tasks, this includes:
* Establish Trade Partner requirements
* Arranging various types of travel for customers
* Hitting targets and earning generous commission
* Develop and maintain Travel Accounts
* Arrange Staff Training and Presentations with Trade Partners
* Represent the Company at Travel Roadshows
* Produce weekly/monthly stat reports for all Trade Partners
We will be looking for the following skills:-
* Previous sales skills within the travel industry is essential
* Be a strong and clear communicator with excellent telephone manner
* Passion for travel
* Excellent attention to detail
