The Job
As a key member of the hotel's management team, the Health Club Operations Manager will be responsible for the day to day management of the club's facilities and staff. As Health Club Operations Manager you will monitor the club's financial performance and develop a sales culture to encourage revenue and membership growth. Additionally as Health Club Operations Manager you will support consistently high levels of customer service and client satisfaction to ensure membership renewal and growth.
The Person
As Health Club Operations Manager you will have previous experience gained in a similar environment with beauty, treatment and fitness facilities. As an ambassador for the club, the Health Club Operations Manager will build professional relationships with club members and lead your team in demonstrating a customer focused service. Personal qualities associated with the role of Health Club Operations Manager will be a passion for health and fitness together with excellent personal presentation and command of written & spoken English. The ability to plan and problem solve effectively is essential, as is business acumen, sales awareness and the ability to motivate and manage your team.
