Oyster Partnership are currently recruiting a Senior HR Advisor to join a vibrant HR function for a well-established Housing Association on Isle of White. You will be responsible for employee relations of up to 200 employees.
Key responsibilities:
* To support all client groups through the HR life cycle, encouraging go0od practice
* Advising and coaching line managers in the correct process to follow of sickness management, grievance and disciplinary procedures
* To advise clients on people planning and recruitment and retention opportunities and initiatives
* Support implementation for new HR initiatives and review feedback to identify areas of improvement
* Assist the HR Manager with the preparation, documentation and meeting arrangements for the management of employee relations cases including: reorganisations, grievances, disciplinaries
As the successful candidate, you will report directly into the Senior HR Business Partner and work closely with all line managers across the different business areas. You will have a strong background as a Senior HR Advisor role previously with proven ability to meet deadlines.
You will have good knowledge of employment legislation and have experience in supporting and coaching managers through onboarding and administration tasks. A CIPD level 7 qualification is essential for this role.
This role is an ongoing contract with the possibly to be extended and is available to start immediately. It is offering a competitive rate which is negotiable depending on skillset with a huge array of benefits.
