Key Attributes:
- A Bachelor degree in related field is mandatory; a Master's degree or higher would be advantageous;
- Proficiency in Chinese Mandarin and English is essential;
- At least two years of experience required;

Main Responsibilities:
- Taking charge of recruitment matters, including the preparing job descriptions, drafting advertisements, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates;
- negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff and representatives;
- Studying and acting upon any legislation that may affect the company and liaise with local solicitors to make sure all company activities comply with the UK Employment Law;
- Arranging induction programs for new starters and regular training sessions for current employees;
- Coordinating with legal advisors in applying for Tier 2 visas for new recruits;
- Providing HR advice from employee relations to remuneration and compliance, ensuring that policies and procedures are fit for purpose;
- Administering payroll, pensions, PAYE and employee benefits;
- Monitoring staff performance and attendance;
- dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures;
- developing and implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management;
- promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation;
- Provide support for project related activities, as required, as directed by the Head of Operations;
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
- Communicate with the Headquarter in China and report any immediate and long-term staff requirements to the Headquarter.

- Excellent level of spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Eligible to work in the UK
