Data Information and Integration Specialist
Location: Office-based in Farnborough (minimum 3 days per week) plus home working
Salary: Up to GBP450 per day
The Role - Data Information and Integration Specialist:
Working on behalf of a prestigious motor manufacturer based in Farnborough, DEKRA Automotive have an exciting opportunity for a Data Information and Integration Specialist to provide project management support to the customer experience team in the delivery of specific data transformation and integration activities / initiatives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Integration of Retailer captured customer data into internal NSC systems
- Defining the project road map and plan for end to end project delivery
- Briefing the business on specific tasks
- Data auditing and cleansing
- Helping to define dealer data training
- Co-Ordination with UK and Central IT colleagues plus external third-party system suppliers and external agencies
- Definition of time plans and critical path
- Developing and maintaining relevant documentations
- Conduct regular stakeholder reviews to manage expectations, escalate risks and issues to business owners and propose risk and issues mitigations
Set up of automated financial services customer communications through integrated internal systems
- Support in the definition of data workflows to be built by external IT resource supplier
- Management of critical path to ensure a delivery within Q2 of 2019
- Definition of new data fields from existing data integration to support extended contact strategy
- Voice of customer data integration and aftersales data integration
Essential Knowledge and Expertise:
- Experience of data process and systems landscape / architecture
- Experience in delivering and working to the achievement of integrated data systems
- Comprehensive understanding and appreciation of databases, data structures and interfaces
- Confidence in understanding and writing documentation relating to data integration requirements and systems
- Experience of managing customer data including a good understanding of data processing and management frameworks
- Extensive project management experience including stakeholder management, time plans and status meetings
- Experience of working with many internal stakeholders, including internal technical teams (IT) and business owners
- Strong communicator with an ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders
- Proven extensive business analysis and project delivery experience
- High IT literacy
Preferable Knowledge and Expertise:
- Experience of the technical details and working knowledge Dealer Management Systems specifically within the automotive industry
- Understanding of the automotive industry and the dealer network
